Office Manager

Job description

Ame & Lulu is seeking an Office Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique experience for someone to be involved in all aspects of working in a small business and will include opportunities for leadership, growth within the company, and ability to work within a creative, innovative environment. The qualified applicant should be open to having multiple roles in a fast paced environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, order office supplies and provide general administrative support to the team
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and online customer support
  • Shipping and Receiving: create & fulfill purchase orders, manage inventory
  • Assist with prospecting new sales leads and maintaining current clients
  • Manage and hire team of interns
  • Daily use of QuickBooks accounting software and ACT! Contact management software
  • Ability to help with unloading and packing of inventory


  • A Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate well with others
  • Genuine passion for the active lifestyle & fashion/accessories industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to work self-managed & desire to play an integral role in a creative, entrepreneurial & collaborative team environment. 
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multi task & strong attention to detail

Internship Role:
-Contacting prospective clients
-Assist with marketing and PR
-Assist in social media campaigns
-Contribute in designing new bags and prints
-Photoshoot planning and preparation
-Contributing to all aspects of running a small business
